Required Account Manager (Spanish Fluency)
What youll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our Americas based clients.
Maintain an ongoing relationship for all client-related aspects, from product implementation onwards.
Utilize account management skills to lead a team of internal product, operations, support, technical account, and delivery stakeholders to support our clients business outcomes.
Deliver business reviews to reflect the value the client derives from our service.
Extract value matter data from BI tools, and generate reports.
Serve as a trusted client consultant; develop and share best practices for leveraging our platform to drive tangible business outcomes.
Partner with business development counterparts to develop strategic customer plans, with focus on mitigating risk and securing renewals.
Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients to contribute to company growth targets.

Requirements:
Business Spanish fluency MUST
4+ years of Customer Success/Account Management/equivalent role background.
Experience working in a tech B2B company with a SaaS product. Sports, media or entertainment industry background is preferred.
Ability to understand complex technology, explain it simply, and apply it to customer objectives.
Prior experience in onboarding/project management/training.
Experience farming commercial opportunities with clients.
Bonus Points:
Experience in content creation / audience growth, video / streaming.
