As an AI/ML Team Lead, your responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Working with product managers, software engineers, and designers to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and enhancements.
Developing the next generation of DPI and QoE AI/ML engines and integrating them into the product.
Maintaining existing AI/ML engines.
Promoting best practices in AI development, including model evaluation, testing, and monitoring.

The ideal candidate for the AI Team Lead position should have:
A Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
A strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
A proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects in a production environment.
Expertise in and popular ML frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and proficiency in MLOps tools is a plus.
A strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the talent to inspire and motivate a team.
