We're looking for a talented art operations specialist to join our amazing art team.
You will be responsible for managing the pipeline of any art and UI related task coming in from different departments of the studio, working alongside the companys CCO and art directors.
We are looking for a team player who has the ability to see the big picture while maintaining grip of all the small details that are crucial to our process, understanding the need and finding the best practice to see it through while being able to offer new ways to optimize the process if needed. Someone passionate about seeing great ideas come to life.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Art process of all related tasks in the studio. (content, monetization, marketing)
Manage the day to day operation needs of each task.
Be the go-to person for all departments regarding any art related need (product, monetization)
Work with multiple team members on different tasks to ensure meeting deadlines.
Working alongside the Art director on planning and optimizing the work of the Art team.
Be in charge of the art teams gantt and archive process.

2+ years of experience as a Producer / Project Manager in the gaming industry.
A passionate people-person with strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to details.
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and takes full ownership of projects.
Experience with excel and Google tools.
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written) – a must.
Experience with Monday – Advantage.
