As a team leader, you will manage the building, enhancing, and maintaining of the general infrastructure of the product on the application level and cloud infrastructure level. What youll do:
Leading the team in their day-to-day work, guiding the team's work to success
Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their personal and professional growth
Continuously work to improve the working processes and agility of the team
Oversee and manage the implementation and delivery of new platform features and enhancements according to the product teams requirements
Oversee and manage the continuous improvement and evolution of the products infrastructure
Participate in high-level design discussions
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience leading a team of developers and being able to motivate and guide them towards achieving project goals.
Experience managing infrastructure teams is a strong advantage
Proven experience as a software engineer working on complex applications.
Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure
Experience with both monolithic and micro-service-based systems – an advantage
Relational DB experience – an advantage
Java familiarity – strong advantage
Experience with authentication and authorization – advantage
