Lead end-to-end BI initiatives from architecture and modeling to implementation and optimization.
Own and manage our ETL pipelines using Airflow and Python to load data into our data warehouse.
Apply transformation logic with dbt to structure and align data with business and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and build scalable business data models that support both internal operations and customer-facing use cases.
Develop dashboards, reports, and alerting mechanisms using tools like Looker and Tableau to support data-driven decisions.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
Work closely with stakeholders in a fast-growing environment to prioritize and deliver impactful insights.

Ideally, were looking for:
At least 3 years of experience as a BI Developer or Analytics Engineer, with end-to-end ownership of ELT/ETL processes, data modeling, and dashboard development – a must.
Strong SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based ELT tools such as Airflow, Rivery, Fivetran, or dbt.
Proficiency in data modeling and solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts.
Experience working with BigQuery or equivalent data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering actionable data solutions.
Track record of implementing best practices in data extraction, modeling, and dashboard building to ensure quality and consistency across the organization.
Also this would be nice as an advantage:
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of business domains such as sales, marketing, finance, or product analytics.
