What You'll Do:
HubSpot Mastery: Own, administer, and extend our HubSpot platform; create custom solutions, workflows, and automations to support marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain integrations between HubSpot (and other platforms) with tools like Make.com, n8n, Retool, and other SaaS solutions.
JavaScript Engineering: Leverage your JavaScript expertise to solve business automation challenges, customize SaaS workflows, and build custom apps/extensions where needed.This will be done in Make custom apps, Hubspot UI extensions, Zendesk apps, and more.
Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our GTM processes; propose, build, and launch solutions that increase revenue performance and cross-team alignment.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to scope, plan, and deliver technical and process-oriented projects.
Project Management: Drive initiatives from discovery to deliveryscoping requirements, prioritizing projects, managing timelines, and executing hands-on.
Documentation & Enablement: Create clear, concise documentation and provide training for end-users on automation and process changes.
Data Quality: Implement processes and automation to improve data quality throughout our GTM systems.
Ideally, were looking for,
3+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
1-3 years of hands-on JavaScript (or similar) programming experience in a business/automation context.
Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot administration and development – including custom workflows, API integrations, and automation.
Experience setting up and managing automations and integrations with tools like Make.com, n8n, Retool, OpenAI, etc.
Experience deploying and managing applications using server hosting platforms like Railway, Hostinger, Vercel, or similar PaaS providers
Demonstrated track record of managing technical projects, from requirements gathering through execution and rollout.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of GTM processes and data flows across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)comfortable explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.
