An Israeli high-tech company is looking for a Certification / Regulation team lead.
As a Certification team leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products meet rigorous certification standards. You will oversee the renewal of certifications for existing products, guide new product designs to comply with certification requirements, and work closely with certification labs both locally and internationally, to obtain certification approval within the allocated budget and schedule.
Leading multiple technical certification and regulation
As a Certification team leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products meet rigorous certification standards. Leading multiple technical certification and regulation
Requirements:
BSc in electrical engineering.
Experience as an RF engineer, with at least 2 years of experience as a certification team leader.
Familiarity with EU regulatory compliance frameworks, including RED and CRA, is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in documentation, analysis, and project execution.
Experience working with certification labs in Israel and abroad.
Deep understanding of FCC, EC, UL, PTCRB, and preferably EN standards.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience interfacing with customers from international companies.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Proficient in English.
