What you will do:
Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements.
Understand industry practices and our policies, procedures, and values
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions
Implement and integrate our open and hybrid cloud solutions including our OpenShift and other company`s offerings.
Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals.
Contribute to project documentation and diagrams and support ticket management.
Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the existing team.
Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and. application uptime, availability, and time-to-market.
Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods.
What you will bring:
Experience with Linux distribiutions, our Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is a plus.
Experience and advanced knowledge of our OpenShift or underlying components like Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security.
Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders in both technical and business audiences.
Ability to study on your own, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice
Passion for open source, software, tooling, and automation.
Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English and Hebrew
Security Classification will be a plus.
Other Skills that will be considered a plus: our Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification, Working experience with DevOps and agile processes, Experience using public cloud technologies and providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
