what will you do?
1. Social Media:
• Oversee the strategy and execution of global social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Write, film, and edit engaging content for various social media platforms, based on the content calendar and global guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with agencies and influencers, both globally and locally, to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
• Manage user-generated content (UGC) initiatives by identifying, reaching out to, and maintaining relationships with content creators worldwide.
• Implement and refine social media advertising campaigns to drive sales and customer acquisition.
• Utilize various AI tools to generate engaging and creative text and visual content for social media platforms.
• Handle customer service on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) across the US, Global, and Israel markets, addressing questions, complaints, and requests.
• Engage with customers and followers on social media platforms, building community and brand loyalty.
2. Content Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand’s voice, marketing objectives, and overall business goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to produce high-quality, compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with current trends to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.
