Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of accounting operations and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations in multiple jurisdictions
Manage audits, tax filings, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements
Develop and maintain robust financial policies, controls, and internal procedures
Provide financial guidance to senior leadership and support data -driven decision-making
Lead and mentor a professional finance team to achieve operational excellence
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership
Proven experience in both non-profit and corporate financial environments
In-depth understanding of GAAP, audit standards, and financial compliance
Experience managing multi-entity or cross-border financial operations
Demonstrated success in team leadership and organizational development
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a strong asset
