Youll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative leads to create design assets that elevate brand and fuel growth across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets execution ensuring our design output is bold, consistent, and impactful.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design of marketing materials for B2B growth (presentations, case studies, sales enablement).
Support consumer campaigns with on-brand assets for ads, landing pages, and social media.
Design and update webpages in collaboration with the web and content team.
Create LinkedIn and Meta ad visuals that drive engagement and performance.
Conceptualise and edit short-form and long-form marketing videos.
Develop slide templates and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across teams.
Collaborate with marketing managers and copywriters to bring creative concepts to life.
Ensure all design output aligns with visual identity and strategic brand narrative.
Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing design (B2B and/or B2C).
Full control of GenAI visual tools (MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
Strong experience with Figma for digital and collaborative design workflows.
Skilled in video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
Ability to design across channels: digital ads, social, presentations, and websites.
