This is a 9 months replacement position.
We seek an experienced, talented, proactive Project Manager to join our Delivery team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless project support and execution, ensuring optimal service to our clients.
You will lead the Operational teams' day-to-day work while managing multiple cross-functional interfaces in the company to guarantee timely, efficient, and high-quality project deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Project Onboarding & Transition: Take ownership of the project after initial setup, ensuring a smooth handover from the Setup team and alignment on ongoing needs, scope, and support structure.
Ongoing Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (Customer Success, Support, and Operations), ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Timeline & Resource Management: Manage and prioritize ongoing client requests, issues, and optimizations. Ensure efficient coordination of internal resources to support evolving project needs without compromising stability or timelines.
Issue & Risk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, or client dissatisfaction risks. Escalate appropriately and work cross-functionally to resolve root causes.
Status Monitoring & Reporting: Track the health of the running system and provide clear, periodic updates to stakeholders. Ensure visibility of open tasks, client sentiment, and support performance.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct monthly result analyses, draw insights from experiences, and strive to achieve the Delivery department's goals. Analyze and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
KPI Tracking & Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance. Use insights to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
3+ years of project management experience, leading complex and technical projects in dynamic, fast-paced, global environments – a must.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a related field – an advantage.
Analytical thinking – Can extract and process data to make data-driven decisions.
Great communication and presentation skills – Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
Experience working with multiple entities, managing cross-functional collaborations effectively.
Strong ability to learn complex systems and processes quickly.
