The team oversees our EKS-based Kubernetes platform, argoCD pipelines, infrastructure observability, Helm-based deployments, and mission-critical web services in AWS.

Requirements:
Technical Skills Required:
Kubernetes & Helm: Very strong hands-on experience, including Helm templating, advanced workloads, and production-grade deployments
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong experience with Terraform (or equivalent tools) is mandatory; the candidate must be proficient in managing infrastructure lifecycle through code, using modules, remote state, and automation best practices
AWS Cloud: Moderate-level experience with key services (e.g., EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, EKS, etc.)
Observability: Strong knowledge and practical experience with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and related alerting/monitoring stacks
ArgoCD: Solid experience managing GitOps-based delivery workflows and troubleshooting sync/rollout issues
Personal Attributes Required:
Self-learner: Demonstrates initiative and ability to ramp up quickly on new tools, systems, and architectures
Independent worker: Capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision while collaborating across engineering teams
Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork able to work effectively with developers, SREs, and other stakeholders
Nice to Have (Bonus):
Experience with cost optimization tools and cloud-native security practices
Prior involvement in building or supporting high-availability systems.
