seeking a DevOps-DevEx Team Leader to lead a mission-critical team supporting our global R&D group of over 200 developers. You will act as a technical architect and owner of the infrastructure, designing CI/CD workflows and automated environments to drive R&D efficiency and scalability. This is a unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up and define the methodologies that shape how we develop and deliver our applications.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale the DevEx team, defining work methodologies and asset management visions.
Design and implement CI/CD workflows, automated staging, and local development environments for 200+ developers.
Maintain and optimize all cloud infrastructure under the DevEx domain with a focus on stability and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, IT, and R&D to address service requests and architect technical solutions.
Requirements:
Experience: Over 2 years of direct engineering management experience and 5+ years managing cloud-based environments.

Cloud Expertise: Advanced proficiency in AWS architecture and infrastructure platforms.
Development Skills: Professional coding experience in Python, Ruby, GoLang, or JavaScript.
