As Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and integrating the positioning and messaging for GTM solutions targeted at B2B organizations. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will define ways to communicate use cases effectively to the targeted market, and you will produce the content necessary for sales, marketing, field organizations, and partners to drive opportunities and measurable growth.

What You Will Be Doing
Craft the user personas, messaging, and positioning for our email security products to articulate the unique selling proposition for each target segment.
Develop subject matter expertise on competitive landscape, value propositioning and industry trends for sales teams, channel partners and the broader organization.
Work across teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Sales/Revenue Operations, etc.) to help shape business and product strategy, drive GTM planning and accelerate demand for our solutions.
Author launch plans and lead launches for new products; help improve New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and define clear metrics of performance.
Lead and help grow product marketers across our global offices.
Responsible for content for website, collateral, including white papers, webinars, and presentations.
Work closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure they have the messaging and sales tools they need. Drive strategy and content for sales tools and sales presentations.
Deliver sales training and enablement tools such as sales kits, qualification, and messaging guides for sales effectiveness.
Work with the Digital Marketing team to develop the strategy for several demand generation campaigns based on use cases for our products.
Represent the company at various speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, industry analyst briefings, etc. and help establish as a leader in Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP).
This is a hands-on job, as the Product Marketing team is small. Must be ready to write plans, messaging, and other content personally.
7+ years of Product Marketing and or Product Management experience in relevant cyber security industries.
Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations with high attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of technologies and analytic aptitude in understanding industry trends and dynamics in cyber security.
Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced software startup like environment.
Ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution across cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills and experience in building and leading multiregional product marketing teams.
Understanding of security industry and the market is essential; cyber security domain experience, including endpoint or cloud security, is preferred.
Experience working with channel and technical alliance partners.
