* Coordinate import and export shipments, including documentation and compliance.
* Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
* Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations.
* Manage HTS classification, INCOTERMS, and country of origin details
* Track shipments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

* BA degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in import/export coordination or international logistics
* data -oriented, high analytics capabilities
* Knowledge of Customs regulations, HTS codes, Incoterms, and trade compliance
* Experience with ERP, particularly with Oracle, will be an advantage.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
* High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
