We're looking for a Field Marketing & Employer Branding Manager to take full ownership of Buildots local marketing efforts in Israel. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on community-building, event execution, and adapting global marketing initiatives for the Israeli market, supporting the sales and hiring efforts in the market. What Youll Do:
Lead and execute all local field marketing activities in Israel.
Plan and produce in-person events including meetups, employer branding events, and professional gatherings.
Build and grow a local community of construction operations leaders (online and offline).
Act as the local marketing point of contact working with global marketing, HR, R&D and other internal stakeholders.
Localize and adapt global content (from English to Hebrew), ensuring messaging resonates with Israeli audiences.
Support employer branding efforts by helping position Buildots as a top employer in Israel.
Work with local vendors including videographers, production companies and potentially creative agencies.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in events and community management in a tech startups.
Proven ability to effectively plan and execute events from A to Z.
Experience in employer branding or working closely with HR- an advantage.
Strong content marketing writing skills in Hebrew, with the ability to adapt, translate and edit translation of English content into impactful local messaging, across short form content (social, emails, one-pagers) as well as long form (whitepapers, ebooks etc).
High interpersonal and communication skills a true collaborator who works well with internal and external partners.
Experience working independently in a tech startup or fast-paced environment
Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Background in B2B marketing or experience working with technical audiences (developers, engineers, operations).
Passion for tech and a geeky mindset are a big plus.
