We are looking for a creative and ambitious researcher with an orientation to formulation research and design, who will be responsible for the development of the next generation of dynamic switchable films for the creation of smart glass.
The scope of work includes novel formulation development, electro-optical characterization and defining engineering processes for our revolutionary smart glass products.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle formulation development, design, execution, and characterization of formulations.
Creative thinking for solving research related problems.
Develop methods for measuring stability and durability of materials and formulations.
Materials and film characterization Thermal, rheology, physical and chemical properties.
Creation, documentation, and organizing of scientific database & analysis.
Support scaling up from lab to production.
Writing reports.
Presentation and public speaking abilities.
Leading and developing new R&D projects.

M.Sc. in materials / chemistry / physical chemistry / polymer chemistry, or B.Eng/ M.Eng in material engineering / chemical engineering.
Experience with UV curing materials and processes advantage.
Experience in a laboratory environment hands on work- must.
Expertise in or familiarity with formulation development advantage.
Knowledge in optical physics, electricity, capacitors advantage.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Positive, self-learner, proactive, independent and a can do attitude.
