Responsibilities:
Develop our web applications and eCommerce platform
Work with product managers, marketers, designers, and other developers to understand the desired application requirements and provide your feedback to improve the feature outcome
Guarantee optimal performance across all major devices and browsers, emphasizing mobile optimization and rapid load times, while ensuring core functionalities are flawless and bug-free
Implement and own cross-platform features; be involved and impact the entire application lifecycle
Teach, mentor, grow, and provide advice to other domain experts, individual contributors
Acquire an in-depth understanding of our technical challenges and strive to improve them
Be a vocal advocate for technical excellence and help the team members make sound decisions

7+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience in web development, with a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks (React – advantage)
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs that offer exceptional UX/UI
Proficiency with server-side languages such as PHP (advantage)/Python/Ruby/etc
An enthusiastic approach to learning new technologies and methodologies
A data-driven mindset with a focus on leveraging analytics to inform product/development decisions
Educational background in a relevant field – advantage
Experience with GTM and A/B testing tools – advantage
Knowledge of nutrition/metabolism/health – advantage
