we are seeking for a Full Stack Developer Contact Center & Telephony Systems (Genesys Focus). We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer Contact Center & Telephony Systems (Genesys Focus) to design, develop and maintain software systems and applications on both server and client sides. This role requires developing and maintaining telephony infrastructure such as IVR, CTI, and PBX with a strong focus on Genesys. A full time on site position, based in central Israel.
?Key Responsibilities:
* Implement development tasks based on user requirements across backend and frontend environments
* Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, including investigating and resolving production issues
* Write scripts for Windows environments using PowerShell
* Act as a subject matter expert for backend and frontend technologies with a focus on telephony-related development
* Provide architectural solutions with a system -wide view and guide junior developers professionally

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or proven relevant experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Contact Center & Telephony Systems (Genesys Focus) development and maintenance, both client-side and server-side
* Proficient in programming languages including JAVA,.NET, C#, and PowerShell with at least three years of hands-on experience
* Strong knowledge of telephony systems such as IVR, CTI, and PBX, especially Genesys
* Familiarity and understanding of operating systems and networking
