We're seeking an engineer with expertise in AI and a focus on frontend development to shape our next-generation financial tools. In this role, youll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build intuitive, scalable, and intelligent applications that power the financial workflows of global enterprises
Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality web applications with a strong emphasis on user experience and performance.
Build and maintain frontend components using React, alongside backend services in Django (DRF).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features that are both delightful and functional.
Integrate AI-powered capabilities into user-facing products.
Take ownership of architecture and tooling decisions, with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while contributing to shared libraries and frameworks.
Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Contribute to long-term architectural planning and system design.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in full-stack or frontend development.
Strong expertise in React or other modern UI frameworks (Vue, Angular).
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and component-based development.
Experience with backend technologiesespecially Django and Django REST Framework.
Ability to plan, design, and build scalable software architecture.
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into web products (a plus).
Familiarity with performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, and AI experts.
Experience with LLM, Agentic, and MCP-based products.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and making independent technical decisions in a startup environment.
