Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
Adapt global training material to the local market and deliver training modules to teams across retail partner
Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. Videos and case studies)
Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services
Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. Gamification, group activities)
Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
Achieving sales training operational objectives
Preparing and completing action plans that improve our customer-service standards;
Completing retail sales audits
Determining sales training system improvements and implementing change
Determining training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results
Reviewing results of trainer coaching and evaluating training effectiveness

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years working in education and training in the cosmetic industry
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
Proven work experience in the Beauty industry managing employees and/or stakeholders
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Good computer and database skills
Able to travel globally if needed
Microsoft proficient, PowerPoint especially
English: Excellent English skills required
Hebrew: Preferable
Other language advantageous
