Were looking for a hands-on, curious, and motivated marketer to join our Growth team this is a discreet opportunity at an early stage. In this role, you'll support lead research and qualification, contribute to outbound campaigns, and take end-to-end responsibility for company events. Youll also gain hands-on experience working closely with both Sales and Marketing teams. As much of the work involves writing and communication, were looking for someone with native-level English and strong attention to detail. What You'll Do:
Identify and qualify prospects in new and existing markets, building and running targeted BDR/SDR campaigns with Sales and Marketing to ensure lead quality and quantity.
Monitor industry trends, follow up with engaged leads, and hand off qualified leads smoothly to Sales.
Drive interest and engagement through email nurture, outbound sequences, content, and multi-channel tactics.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to create persuasive messaging and assets, and leverage partnerships (OTT.X, DPAA, Beeler, etc.) to uncover new channels and opportunities.
Plan and execute in-person and virtual events from concept to post-event reporting, managing all logistics, creating content, capturing leads in Salesforce, and using feedback to improve future events.

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing support
Fluent English – A must
Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitudeyoure the kind of person who catches what others miss and steps in before being asked.
Experience in B2B and/or SaaS technology companies
Creative thinking with guerrilla marketing orientation – how to do more with less.
Proficiency in different tech tools such as Hubspot, Canva, other tracking tools, Salesforce, Similarweb, etc.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented and execution mindset.
Clear communicator and dependable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
