We are looking for a great Hardware Program Manager, one that understands, lives, and breathes Development & QA release cycles, has a can-do attitude, knows how to drive complicated release integration while motivating others, keeps the right priority at any given moment, and is fun to work with.
Responsibilities:
Code repository consistency
Release integration(s) per QA and regression success metrics
Support multiple customer releases at any given time
Responding to urgent customer release integration requests
High sense of urgency in releasing versions to the field
Cross-management of multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure multiple successful releases
Coordinate the release integration & schedule with required resources, considering the dependencies upon R&D, QA, DevOps, and CI
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative production environment
Continuously improve the release process using different tools and dashboards
Maintain documentation related to the release itself and the procedures related to the release process.

Git and GitLab knowledge is highly desired (or willing to learn for extensive daily usage)
Linux environment experience is highly desired
SW development / Computer Science or Engineering background
Great ability to multitask and context-switch
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Efficient and dynamic task prioritization
Scripting knowledge is desired
Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
