We are searching for a Head of E-commerce to join yad2 and lead the re-commerce revolution in Israel.
As Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for profitable growth of our C2C/B2C marketplace. Specifically, you will be reponsible for strategy, management, execution and operation of all initiatives, while working with cross-functional teams in the company.
What you will be doing:
• Lead and own the business unit of E-commerce (P&L responsibility) with hands-on approach
• Execute the strategic workplan with tenacity and analytical strictness
• Identify new revenue opportunities and build solid business cases
• Analyze key metrics to identify trends to improve performance
• Monitor competitor’s activity to identify new opportunities for growth or threats to the business
• Prepare and manage a yearly budget
• Oversee the e-commerce operation, including payment, shipping, and merchandise
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a positive and inspiring work environment and encourage a proactive and can-do approach
• Act as the point of contact for all E-commerce issues
