Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy, including defining funnel stages and tactics.
Channel Partner Program: Design and implement a scalable partner program that includes clear tiers, benefits, and incentives to attract and retain high-performing resellers, distributors, and technology partners globally.
Ecosystem Integration: Identify and pursue partnerships to build a robust network of alliances that can complement our platform and expand its capabilities.
Regional Expansion Strategy: Develop a strategy for market penetration in new geographic regions, identifying and forming alliances with local market leaders who can accelerate our growth.
Customer Profiling: Determine ideal customer profiles and tailor strategies accordingly.
Product and Offering Development: Support the development and execution of our product and offering strategy to enhance user experience.
Strategic Relationship Building: Demonstrate proven ability to cultivate long-term, impactful partnerships, specifically within Salesforce or similar ecosystem-driven platforms.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in alliances and partnerships.
Salesforce Partnership Management: Establish and manage a high-impact partnership with Salesforce, aligning our offerings with Salesforces product strategy and customer needs to create innovative solutions for shared clients.
B2B SaaS and Enterprise Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise sales cycles, particularly in how they intersect with Salesforces partner programs and platforms.
Executive Engagement: Proven track record of engaging and selling to C-level executives.
Strategic Communication: Experience in building strategic narratives, visualizations, business cases, and business models.
