* Providing internal support for a multi-user environment
* Working with multimedia rooms
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, communication, endpoint equipment issues and more
* Ongoing support in Windows environment
* Ongoing management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure in the organization

Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience providing telephone and in-person support to end users
* Proven experience in user management and permission granting (Active Directory, Office365 including Exchange)
* Experience installing endpoint equipment, handling maintenance and network issues
* Experience working with Windows operating systems and servers versions 2012-2019
* Experience working with VoIP telephone systems – advantage
* Experience working with multimedia rooms – advantage
* Experience in field positions – advantage
