Required HR Business Partner
What youll do:
Youll play a key role in shaping our unique culture and values, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers.
Provides HR consultation and hands on support to leaders, teams and employees.
Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to off-boarding.
Coach business and functional leaders to drive talent strategies that engage and retain our best employees, as we continue to scale for growth
Partner with the HR Functions as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.
Design and deliver targeted solutions, including organizational design, performance management, talent management, recognition and team building to support the teams growth and individual development plans.

Requirements:
BA in a related field from a leading institution, MA/MBA advantage.
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner role
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Ability to develop strong relationships and influence various stakeholders within the organization.
Collaborator and a team-player an ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates project management experience.
Holds analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive, able to multitask and prioritize independently.
Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication (Hebrew and English).
