We are looking for a curious, driven HR Generalist & Recruiter who wants to be a real partner in our HR team and have a meaningful impact on the organization.
What Youll Do:
HR Operational Responsibilities
Take an active part in the full employee life cycle, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all HR activities – from onboarding, through training, performance cycles, and employee engagement initiatives, to offboarding
Manage HR operations using the HRIS system (Bob) by maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams
Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices across the organization
Support organizational scalability by identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR processes
Provide day-to-day support for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Take an active role in all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive, professional experience for all candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide accurate insights, and support hiring decisions
Demonstrate expertise in sourcing talent and identifying qualified candidates
Conduct in-person and phone interviews, as well as reference checks
Manage and track recruitment activities in SparkComeet, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in maintaining hiring data and providing updates on recruitment reports
