Design and execute global training and development programs, ensuring employees across regions have access to impactful learning and growth opportunities.
Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance HR efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across global operations.

7+ years of experience in HR roles within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with demonstrated success in scaling HR operations and culture across international teams.
Broad, hands-on expertise across multiple HR domains, including business partnering, talent development, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, and HR systems.
Proven ability to operate across geographies and time zones, with cultural sensitivity and a global mindset.
Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging HR analytics and data to shape programs, measure impact, and guide strategy.
Familiarity with and enthusiasm for adopting AI and automation tools within HR workflows.
