We seek an Import Specialist who will be Responsible for managing relationships with partners and agents, preparing and processing all documents and permits, and tracking shipments to ensure that they arrive at their destinations in a precise and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
* Managing import permits and tracking shipments to ensure they arrive at their destinations precisely and on time.
* Preparing Master routes & Transport routes
* Preparing & sending reports to partners
* Examining stock levels & import costs
* Additional tasks according to the managers requests.

Requirements:
* Previous work experience in a shipping company or as a customs agent
* Bachelor of Science
* Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
* English high ability to read, write, and speak.
* Experience in Priority/ ERP – is an advantage.
* Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work hard.
