we are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our growing sales team and support our global growth. The individual will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base by identifying potential prospects, promoting Incident Response Retainer (IRR) offering and closing business with new clients.
The ideal candidate will drive growth through targeted outbound prospecting efforts, using cold emails, calls, and social media outreach. Next, the ideal candidate will exercise sales practices to close IRR business with qualified prospects, while meeting assigned sales quotas.
The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and an excellent communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop targeted prospecting lists, to identify and develop new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct outbound prospecting via email sequences, calls, and social media to lists of prospects.
Exercise inside-sales practices to sign up Incident Response Retainer clients.
Liaise with the client leadership team in pursuit of additional service opportunities of new accounts.
Consistently achieve assigned sales quota.
Continuously refine and improve messaging and written materials for outreach.
Track and report progress and key metrics to management.
