Were seeking a service-oriented and technically skilled IT Help Desk to join our team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, supporting employees across multiple geographies, and contributing to infrastructure and security improvements.
This is an in-office, part-time position with working hours from 08:30 to 15:00.
What Youll Be Doing:
Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees in Israel, the US, Ukraine, and the Philippines
Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and business applications
Manage IT setup for local and global company events and meetings
Participate in IT projects involving new technology implementations, standardization, and system upgrades
Support information security initiatives and contribute to ISO and SOC certification processes

12 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, in a mid-sized organization (100+ employees)
Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace
Familiarity with managing cloud-based & SaaS services
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
