* Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
* Using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, MidJourney and others to develop learning solutions
* Working with subject matter experts to learn and understand complex products, processes and systems
* Identifying the target audience’s learning needs
* Define instructional end goals and create content that matches them
* Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
* Apply tested instructional design theories, practices and methods
* Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
* Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
* Using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, MidJourney and others to develop learning solutions

Skills Required
* Technology savvy and early adopter of new tools and methods, mainly in the AI domain
* Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
* Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
* Suggest creative training solutions
* Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
* Preference is given to a previous global company candidate
* Background in the Solar or Hardware world – Advantage
* Customer success background – Advantage Required Technical Competencies
* Experience working with AI tools, course development software, such as Articulate, Storyline, Rise, Powtoon, and Animaker
* Experience working with LMSs, such as Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone or Litmos – advantage
* Experience delivering classroom training Required Behavioral Competencies
* Ability to work both in a team and independently
* Ability to work under pressure and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment Educational requirement
* Bachelor or master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, social sciences, or similar – advantage
* Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Experience
* At least 2 years as an Instructional Designer advantage
