Lead Power Electronics Engineer (5666) We are seeking a skilled Lead Power Electronics Engineer to join our team developing advanced power and motor control systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development of power supplies, DC/DC converters, and battery management units (PCUs).
Develop motor drivers and control systems for brushed and brushless DC motors (BLDC).
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams systems, software, and mechanical engineering.
Manage design reviews, testing, and integration for high reliability.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:
Requirements: B.Sc. or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.
5+ years of experience in power electronics design required.
Proven experience with DC/BLDC motor drivers required.
Prior experience leading technical projects or teams strong advantage.
Familiarity with design tools (Altium), simulation (SPICE), and MATLAB preferred.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability environments a plus.
