We're looking for a Product Designer Lead to become our first in-house product designer and help build our new consumer platform from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to design a zero-to-one product that already has a massive, loyal audience waiting to use it. This role combines bold product vision with hands-on execution, turning ideas into experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and distinctly Mami. You'll focus on building the product's design systems, language, and touchpoints, with opportunities to shape how the brand and experience evolve across platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to define and design an entire suite of products from the ground up, while helping grow the design function as the company scales. What You'll Do
* Own end-to-end product design across web and mobile.
* Define Mamis UX foundations, workflows, and design system.
* Play a key role in strategic decision-making, bringing strong expertise, clear reasoning, and a decisive product-design perspective to the table.
* Create intuitive, delightful B2C experiences around community, personalization, and creator commerce.
* Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth.
* Conduct discovery, TEST concepts, and iterate fast.
* Help shape the design discipline as the company scales.
