we are looking for a Legal Counsel.
The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal support to multiple departments within the organization, in order to facilitate the day to day business activities as well as strategic initiatives of the company. In this position you will conduct commercial and legal negotiations with the companys customers and suppliers around the world.

What will you do?
Negotiate and draft a variety of commercial agreements to support daily operations such as distribution agreements, license agreements, IT related agreements as well as customer and vendors agreements
Advise different teams across the company on mitigating legal risks while maintaining a business-first attitude
Support corporate strategy across group subsidiaries
Assisting the General Counsel on special projects as needed
Take an active position in supporting internal processes within the organization and create and update company policies and templates
Support corporate legal governance and statutory legal filings

Requirements:
Certified lawyer
4-6 years of experience (post-internship) in commercial law with a strong emphasis on the high-tech corporate environment
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to independently review, negotiate and close commercial and technology related agreements with minimal support
Service-oriented, dedicated, independent and self-motivated lawyer with a can-do approach and good team collaboration skills
Native level English – must
Multitasker with great attention to details
Advantages:

MBA/Accounting degree
