Responsibilities
Own Retention KPIs: Drive repeat purchase, LTV, and engagement across email and SMS.
Build Smarter Flows: Create automated journeys that anticipate customer needs: from onboarding and replenishment to cross-sell, upsell, and winback.
Test & Optimize Relentlessly: Run A/B tests on subject lines, offers, design, and timing to maximize performance.
Segment & Personalize: Use data to deliver the right message at the right moment, making every interaction feel tailor-made.
Spot Growth Opportunities: Partner with product and merchandising teams to launch lifecycle-driven promotions and bundles that boost AOV and repeat purchase.
Be the Customer Champion: Map the customer journey, identify drop-offs, and build strategies that bring people back.
3+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing (email & SMS focus).
Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo (or similar).
Strong analytical mindset and a love for testing and iterating.
Creative thinker who knows how to balance brand voice with performance.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves owning results.
Bonus points:
Experience in eCommerce, lifestyle, or gifting brands.
Familiarity with advanced segmentation, predictive analytics, or AI-driven personalization.
Passion for home décor, interiors, or creating memorable customer experiences.
