ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting an engineering team for the design development, assembly, and testing of devices and subsystems.
Responsible for manufacturing and assembling prototypes of wearable products, and cutting and assembling soft materials.
Testing electrodes for internal experiments.
Supporting mechanical products in systems.
Perform in collaboration with the cross-functional development team to ensure that the system meets operational requirements.
Perform practical bench testing and debugging of the mechanical design.
Transferring feedback to the production of the devices.
Assembling prototypes of devices in design and development.
Assisting in the verification and validation process of the devices.
Compliance with the design control process.
Collaborate with other team members, engineers, managers, and product management teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs.
Responsible for the laboratory environment equipment, and laboratory safety.
Supporting test equipment calibration.
Practical engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field -advance
Technical training or equivalent experience
Knowledge:
At least two years of previous experience in a similar position.
Previous experience working in medical equipment design development
Ability to think and research creatively
Show strong soldering and technical assembly skills
Familiarity with machining, lathe, and milling machines – an advantage.
Experience with electronic soldering.
Ability and experience in working delicately and with patience.
Ability to understand and read blueprints.
Understanding of 3D models designed in CAD software.
Ability to work with computers and software for the production of parts, cutting, and 3D printing.
