As a Media Partnerships Manager, youll oversee and grow our media partnership ecosystemincluding affiliates, influencers, and other strategic marketing partners. Your role will focus on building high-impact relationships that drive revenue and increase brand visibility.
Youll be responsible for launching and optimizing performance-driven campaigns, managing day-to-day partner communications, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth. This is a cross-functional role, working closely with product, content, and marketing teams to align partnership strategies with broader business goals. Youll serve as the main point of contact for media partners, ensuring smooth execution and long-term success.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or media partnerships.
Proven track record working with B2SMB or SaaS companies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
Passion for social media, influencer culture, and emerging digital trends.
Experience managing partnerships end-to-endfrom outreach and negotiation to execution and optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and research into actionable insights.
Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
