Accountabilities
– Conduct scientific exchanges and gather customer insights to inform business strategies.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support brand strategies and clinical studies.
– Manage scientific partnerships and lead initiatives to transform healthcare delivery.
– Ensure compliance with all external regulations and internal policies.
– MD/PharmD/PhD/DVM or equivalent
– Significant and robust experience with searching, handling, assimilating, synthesizing, reporting, and presenting scientific data in the healthcare sector
– Quick self-learner, ability, and willingness to work in a team and independently
– National mobility and flexibility in attendance of local events outside of working hours
– Ability to multitask effectively, demonstrate strong time management skills, and excel under pre-specified deadlines
– Excellent relational and communication skills
– Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders
– Takes initiative and proactive where needed while conscious of compliance and process rules in the company
– Presentation skills
– Medical integrity and ethical balance
– Fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written)
Desirable Skills/Experience
– Experience in and knowledge of pharmaceutical medical and marketing processes
– Knowledge of therapeutic area; broad employability in other TAs is an asset
