The M&A Manager will play a key role in generating, managing, and executing on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic engagements globally.
How will you make an impact?
Support processes with executive management and key stakeholders from different business units to craft, set and drive our company non-organic thinking and priorities
Map relevant markets, engage and build pipeline of non-organic growth opportunities
Support engagement with companies across a broad range of eco-systems, markets and geographies
Support the entire M&A process, from the first approach till deal completion, including: deal structuring, financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, valuation, legal documentation, and PMI planning
Manage and work with cross-function and cross-discipline teams (internal and external) including product and technology, operations, legal, sales, finance and others.

Requirements:
4+ years experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity, venture capital or investment banking (preferably in technology sectors)
Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, fluid and uncertain environment
Ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and strong quantitative analysis skills
Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, valuation, due diligence processes
Interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a network of relationships which facilitate deal flow
Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally
Top university graduate in a relevant discipline.
