We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with at least one year of experience in high-tech companies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR and marketing operations, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between departments.
Responsibilities:
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Assist with HR operations, such as onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, help with Assistance in organizing team-building days and implementation of welfare activities.
Assist with marketing operations, such as swag for conferences, and holiday gifts for customers.
Maintain a safe and clean office environment.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in an office administrative role.
Experience in HR and marketing operations is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
