Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Admin team.
What youll do:
Take full ownership of the cleaning and office maintenance domain – manage the cleaning vendor and team.
Lead global onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth experience.
Oversee the Admin service request system (ticketing) – making sure all employee requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
Manage seating arrangements and the office seating system.
Take responsibility for office furniture and equipment – from purchase to setup.
Handle office safety and security protocols.
Support and back up other Admin team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in administration/office management or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A fast learner, proactive problem-solver, and results-driven mindset.

Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Independence, ownership, and a can-do approach
Fluent English – both written and spoken
