About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to join our company and take charge of our day-to-day office operations. This role is all about making sure our office runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and supports our amazing team.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of daily office operations ensuring everything runs smoothly, looks great, and feels welcoming.
Own and manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, maintenance, food, supplies, deliveries, and more.
Manage and coordinate senior management calendars
complex meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers from initial engagement to ongoing improvements in collaboration and terms.
Provide operational support for the onboarding of new employees, including preparing workstations, equipment, access cards, and ensuring a welcoming first-day experience.
Execute welfare initiatives and company activities including team events, happy hours, holiday gifts, and internal communications ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for employees.

Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
