Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle all aspects of payroll, reporting, and reconciliations (National Insurance, Income Tax authorities), including analysis reports.
Be fully responsible for preparing monthly salaries and providing a professional response to employees in salary matters, while collaborating with all relevant departments.
Manage ongoing communication with tax authorities, institutions, and external auditors.
Collect, review, and verify payroll data (attendance, deductions, etc.).
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with the HR team to maintain accurate employee records.
Handle salary-related reports and reconciliations.
Address employee inquiries related to salary and benefits.
Support audits and other ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
Availability for a part-time position (50%).
Certified Payroll Accountant.
3+ years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in a tech company.
Highly experienced in payroll systems- Hilan, Hashavit.
Highly experienced with ERP system – SAP is an advantage.
Experience working with payroll service providers.
Strong understanding of Israeli labor and tax laws.
Advanced skills in Excel.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
Communication skills (verbal and written), Hebrew and English.
