Responsibilities:
Serve as the single point of contact for Paid Social and Programmatic teams, gathering and consolidating high-level updates for stakeholders.
Oversee budget optimization- monitor performance at a high level and coordinate the reallocation of budgets between channels when needed.
Identify performance trends or significant changes in KPIs and collaborate with the Analytics team for deep-dive analysis when required.
Prepare and share regular high-level reports (weekly/monthly) summarizing performance, progress on key initiatives, and strategic updates for management.
Facilitate cross-department communication with Creative, Product, Analytics, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth, aligned processes.
Support channel teams in overcoming operational challenges, such as external approvals, legal processes, or cross-team dependencies.
Coordinate special projects or campaigns to ensure alignment between channels and other business functions.
Track platform changes and industry updates to flag opportunities and relevant developments for stakeholders.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing leadership.
Familiarity with Paid Social (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) and Programmatic (DSPs, SDK networks) channels.
Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear summaries tailored for various audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing high-level operational workflows.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remove bottlenecks and streamline processes.
