ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Onboarding: Develop and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program for each function in the team globally.
Process Alignment: Act as a liaison between different regions to ensure alignment and effective implementation of processes.
Knowledge Management: Capture, organize, and make insights repeatable, ensuring that valuable learnings are shared and utilized effectively.
Gap Analysis: Identify gaps within teams and formulate lesson learned and action plans to address and close these gaps.
Career Development: Build and implement a career development program tailored to the specific needs of different functions within the post-sales teams.
Implementation Methodology: Manage the ongoing evolution ' Implementation Methodology, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
Playbook Development: Build repeatable implementation playbooks to enhance team effectiveness.
Program Management: Oversee internal training programs and team routines, ensuring their successful execution.
Metric Definition: Identify and define key metrics to assess the effectiveness of all enablement material and programs.

Requirements:
3+ years experience working in Enablement roles within GTM teams.
3+ years in Project Management or Professional Services.
Communication Skills: Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Program Management: Experience with program management, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives.
Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills to handle complex implementations.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, building relationships, and influencing others to achieve objectives.
Adaptability: Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years experience working in Enablement roles within GTM teams.
