Requirements:
Strong experience managing CRM / business applications projects
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online a strong advantage
Experience with other CRM platforms ( salesforce, SAP, Oracle, HubSpot, etc.) a strong advantage
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex delivery timelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Passion for delivering real business value through technology
