What you'll be doing
Join design teams working on large, real-world digital products.
Design user flows, UX definitions, and interfaces within existing design systems.
Translate product and user needs into clear structures, journeys, and screens.
Explore and validate ideas through sketches, prototypes, and experiments.
Use AI throughout your design thinking process: research, ideation, variation, validation, and iteration.
Learn how complex products are designed, shipped, and scaled over time.
Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, and developers.
1-3 years of experience as a product / digital designer.
A portfolio showing real projects, UX thinking, and problem-solving.
Strong Figma skills and comfort learning new tools quickly.
Good understanding of UX, flows, and product requirements.
A strong sense of efficiency – able to move fast, iterate, and prioritize what matters.
A mindset of experimentation, adaptability, and continuous learning.
Interest in how design, product, technology, and AI intersect.
Good communication skills in Hebrew and English.
A design degree – a strong advantage, not a must.
